COMPLETE DRIVER'S EDUCATION
- 24 hours of classroom driving theory with updated AAA curriculum. Students take the permit test on the fourth day of class and 6 of the 24 hours relates to drug and alcohol awareness.
- 14 hours of in car instruction in a Maverick vehicle. This covers the state mandated 7 hours of driving and 7 hours of observation.
- DPS test preparation
- Interactive Classroom Experience
- Many auto insurance companies give discounts for taking the full course.
- Driving appointments are available during the day, evenings and weekends.
- Students do have to go to DPS to have their paperwork process for their permit.
- Texas law requires 30 hours of driving still have to be done with the parents outside of a teenage driver's education program.
